BAL Assessments

Since the bushfires of 2009 the Victorian Government has introduced the Australian Standard AS 3959-2009 “Construction of buildings in bushfire-prone areas.” This objective is to determine the Bushfire Attack Level (BAL). It is now legislation to provide the BAL Levels for new housing and additions for permits.

As an ongoing service we not only provide the BAL but we extend the report to provide the provisions under the Australian Standards
